Using ChatGPT at our company by multiple users shows error at peak time web address got white listed at my company as we have security firewall and it was working fine for about a month and after releasing chat GPT4 we started to face the error (Something went wrong.) at certain times and when i contacted the it they stated that they white listed it and that there is no issue from their side and they think as there is a lot of users using chat GPT from the same IP maybe OpenAi has kind of restrictions regarding the number of sessions initiated from the same IP can you tell me if there is any solution or steps to avoid that from happening
