Use API for commercial use

Hi,
I’ve seen this paragraph regarding commercial use of the API

However I want to make sure that we can use OpenAI API to build a web application or an API that will be used to give services to third party businesses. This mean we’ll use OpenAI API within our application and serve other companies by using OpenAI API.
Is it ok as well as part of the terms of use, or need to contact OpenAI for this?

What you’ve described is allowed, but you need to make sure your users follow OpenAI guidelines as you’re responsible for what’s sent via your API key…
