Usage limit running out fast

Hello OpenAI team. How are you? I’m contacting you because, since yesterday, October 20th, I’ve been experiencing a very strange problem with memory and conversation continuity on ChatGPT. Previously, I could maintain long conversations, even with moderate to heavy use over several days, without encountering this type of situation. However, since yesterday, I’ve started receiving warnings that the conversation’s memory or context is full after very few messages. Today, for example, I opened a completely new conversation, sent only two very short texts, and within minutes I was prevented from continuing normally. This is happening even when I’ve barely started using the chat. I use ChatGPT to develop text-based stories and RPGs that require continuity, context, and attention to detail. Therefore, having to abandon a conversation and restart it repeatedly significantly hinders my experience. Furthermore, transferring the content to new chats via summaries doesn’t completely solve the problem, as important details end up being lost. What worries me most is that this started suddenly. I haven’t changed my way of using the app to the point of justifying such a large difference compared to how it worked before. I would like to know if there is any known technical problem related to context management or conversation memory, and if the team is already investigating this situation. If possible, please check if there is anything wrong with my account or with the functioning of the feature. I am reporting this because I like using ChatGPT and would like to continue using it normally, without having to reconstruct my conversations every few minutes. Thank you for your attention, and I hope the problem can be investigated and corrected.
