When using the GPT-5.2 model with the native web search tool, every so often the generated responses include unexpected citation artifacts in the text, formatted like `citeturn1`. These appear inline within sentences and pollute the responses. It is not easily reproducible and, from searching the other posts, something similar also happens with file search. Is there something that I can add to my prompt that would remove these citations from the responses?
