As the name says, Deleting an organization is impossible.
Before you answer with a link to some other thread: Try it. Won’t work 
So atm, there is no way to delete an organization.
I suspect the same to be true for projects, but since this ‘feature’ is pretty much useless, I’m not gonna use it anyways.
