Tuning the Assistant with "good" conversation flows

I am developing a customer support agent by creating an assistant and then manage a thread with each unique user.
In order for the assistant to be aware to the specific T&C’s and other knowledge items about my app, i do provide files into the generic agent vector database.

I am now looking into the best approach to “educate” the assistant with good sample chat flows that i want it to mimic, vs “bad” ones which i want him to avoid.

What is the best approach to do that?
