I need to update my own post #6 here. The current Daybreak
troubleshooting
page
now says individual access requires Advanced Account Security and at
least one compatible physical FIDO2 key. A second physical key is
optional, and other passkeys can remain registered.
So please disregard the two-physical-keys-only requirement in my
earlier reply. There is no reason to remove a working passkey or buy a
second key on the strength of that advice. Sorry for leaving the older
requirement standing.
That also fits @efraim9’s update: access returned with one YubiKey
plus one passkey, without another hardware change. It is a reported
recovery, not a guaranteed waiting period for everyone else.
@Poerschke, the same official page explicitly excludes TrustKey
T110/T120 at present. Your report that Support confirmed compatibility
before your September 24 purchase, followed by October 1 delivery,
therefore matters. I would put those together in the existing Support
exchange and ask them to reconcile the advice and explain the
available remedy before spending anything further. I cannot tell from
the thread when that hardware exclusion took effect.
