Track the billing based on API

I would like to know how to track the usage per API. Is there a way to pull out that report?

There is no tracking of usage by a particular API key on an account. Only a report of the organization usage, which has use down to 5 minute intervals per day.

Nor should you or would you use such a feature to track the billing you pass on to others.
