Currently, ChatGPT users who want to request new features or suggest improvements need to visit the OpenAI Community forum or use the Help widget. However, many users are not aware of these channels or find the process inconvenient.
I propose adding a “Submit Feature Request” button directly inside the ChatGPT interface. This would allow users to easily share feedback and improvement ideas without leaving the app.
Such a feature would improve the user experience and help OpenAI gather more feedback directly from real users in a seamless way.
