Why is the final image so bad, is there a solution? I think this will be my second and last month of the subscription program.

I’ve tried various ways, even though it says to remove all that, to give me an image identical to the preview, I still get an identical image - a bad image.
I’ve been getting this on and off for just under 2 months. I do wonder if it’s to do with asking for a transparent background, because I feel like it happens more when I ask for that. Sometimes asking for the same image with a white background instead of transparent, it seems to sort itself out. It’s just very confusing as other times, it will generate transparent images without issue, and I can still get the same terrible quality if I just ask for a plain solid background
