yea I guess he does need a new one ![]()
These are fabulous! I have always loved art where it shows the beginning of the sketch into a finished painting in stages of the composition. It’s like seeing the artist’s process. This is a cool idea!!
Well… I guess we should ask the artist…
ok I would like you to create the same image over 10 separate images in incremental states of being painted
Chat GPT
- Sketch Stage — faint pencil/charcoal outlines of phoenix, figures, frames, cathedral.
- Base Wash — broad washes of background color (sky, architecture, ground) with minimal detail.
- Figures Blocked In — rough color fills for the scribe, craftsman, and phoenix.
- Light & Shadow Base — first contrasts between light (fire, scroll glow) and shadow.
- Phoenix Emerging — more detail and brighter flame colors appear on the phoenix.
- Details of Figures — robes, beard, hammer, gears, scroll writing appear.
- Background Refinement — cathedral walls, window arches, and star constellations added.
- Fire & Glow Layers — strong golden light reflecting on nearby elements.
- Finishing Touches — butterfly detail, script glowing, gear highlights, cosmic swirls.
- Final Masterpiece — polished, balanced composition in full Baroque style.

I love this forum just because it inspires so many ideas! Admittedly it took quite a bit of back and forth to achieve what I was really asking for but eventually I got it. DALL-E 5 in ChatGPT
how do you make those slowed gifs on chatgpt?? would really help my images look better
I have had a couple people ask so I added a quick tutorial here.
You can tell ChatGPT the delay time in the process between each frame… I will add the method to the tutorial.
(In fact the slowed GIFs I actually do with some software I wrote a long time ago but ChatGPT can do it just as well for slowed GIFs)
i listen to this song when I need to vent about something (mostly anger and betrayl)
MINECRAFT WITHER RAP Entropy Of Vengeance TheManBeHisLa i kinda feel bad for the wolf In the first imageHandle different styles in a image seems not so easy for ImageGen as for DALL-E ![]()
@creativeflightsstudi your pencil to painting works via DALL-E are very good.
Here a ImageGen attempt:
It’s more of a triptych than a uniform picture with flowing transitions ![]()
ImageGen seems better in optical effects

@Tina_ChiKa Those gems are amazing renders! The light coming through that bottom opal is fantastic. I like your triptych. That would be very cool printed and framed in three prints!
Thanks ![]()
The glimmer of light in the opal is pretty, but unfortunately not physically correct.
I did a few tests with DALL-E - it works perfectly with the black opal without the shimmer of light.
I also managed it with the white one:
But the safest way is to use the term ‘boulder opal with dark mother rock’:

Here is a moonstone where the light should shine through ![]()
