Feature Request: Retain Chat Position When Switching Orientation
Currently, when switching between portrait and landscape mode in the Android app, the chat view resets and forces me to scroll back to where I was. This disrupts the flow of reading and makes navigation frustrating.
Request: Please update the app so that the current location in the conversation is retained when changing screen orientation.
This would greatly improve usability and make the reading experience smoother.
I agree with this feedback and have encountered the same issue. Unexpected chat resets can be frustrating, especially when the trigger is not clear. In my experience, it took time to identify what was causing the resets, and responses tended to focus on general device behavior rather than the specific app interaction.
One possible improvement would be to add a user configurable setting that allows chat session resets or automatic context clearing to be disabled during screen orientaion swapping.
The app is otherwise excellent and highly valuable, which is why this stands out. Adding this level of control would improve and strengthen the overall experience.
