Temporary Chat feature is not working when page is refreshed

  1. Open ChatGPT
  2. Enable Temporary Chat feature (‘temporary-chat=true’ in url)
  3. Reload the page
  4. New chat is not temporary anymore (but ‘temporary-chat=true’ is still in url)

This is annoying because if user wants to create bookmark for new temporary chat, to keep chat history clean from random questions, they can’t.

P.S. Bug reports are awful, like really, to find this page I needed like 5 minutes. That would be better if there was at least Bug Report button on ChatGPT page that opens this forum.
