Hello OpenAI Community and Developers,
I hope this message finds you all well. I’ve been enjoying the fantastic capabilities of DALL-E and the creative potential it unlocks. However, there’s a small user interface element that I think could be improved for a better overall experience.
I’ve noticed, and I’m sure I might not be alone in this, that the placement of the “Thumbs Down” button is very close to the “Download” button. This has led to a few accidental presses on my part when my intention was to download the artwork, not to dislike it. This placement can lead to unintended negative feedback, which does not accurately reflect my appreciation for the creations generated.
Would it be possible to consider adjusting the UI layout to move the “Thumbs Down” button further away from the “Download” button? Perhaps switching the positions of the “Thumbs Up” and “Thumbs Down” buttons might also reduce the likelihood of this happening, as users are more likely to want to download an image they like.
I believe this small tweak could enhance the user experience by minimizing accidental dislikes and more accurately reflecting user feedback.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I look forward to seeing how our platform continues to evolve and improve.
Best regards,
Martin Etlar
