Hello OpenAI Community,
I am currently subscribed to the ChatGPT Pro plan, but I would like to switch to the ChatGPT Plus plan. However, I have noticed that the option to manage my subscription has disappeared from my account settings.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If there is a specific process I need to follow, please let me know.
Additionally, I have noticed that the words “Security” and “Subscription” in the settings menu are unclickable. Even when I navigate to another settings section, they remain stuck on the screen and do not function properly, as you can see in the attached screenshots.
I also want to mention that I log into my ChatGPT account using my Google account.
As proof, I have attached a screenshot of my settings page, where the subscription management section appears to be missing.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
