Structuring conversations and having few threads instead of one

Dear Everyone,

As much as I appreciate moderation,
here I put effort to start longer more structured conversation that could turn into valuable long term threads, instead of one random mess…

However suchthreads were closed with advice to first make one thread that is messy and then start moving content out of it afterwards…
… iwthout also answering who would do this and what is the value of doing such work?

I understand that managing big threads and groups is hard, and maybe I just was in old times using too much of very structured communities on StackOverlow that had their Meta channels, etc, and one could implement structured clear scoped organized tagged communications with well organized individuals…

… If I want to chat in one messy thread about everything I can as well run o1-preview :P… capacity of structural DFA discrete state machines etc graph conceptualization managing meta ontologies and other layers, is something that I appreciated in communications with human beings in places like stackoerflow, but here , given those constraints I am loosing tools, how to provide input of my own work in structured way that others could benefit from, as I do research…

I wanted to lead by example by setting an example of nicely organized topic into subtopics, where each is big on it’s own… as after all… forums and mailing-lists have threads for a reason… as a reward my sub-threads were closed with advice to mix everything first…

I don’t believe that mixing things first as mess is a way how to led people feel comfortable in clean organized space and appreciate ergonomics and copy right behaviours… but maybe now we have chat era, then why to bother with forum, let’s make instant messanger group chat…

Last not least, people have different preferences. I am e.g. huge on threading, and this allows me to batch processing information within certain context spaces, effectively reducing my need for context switching. However if other’s preference is to use forum more like instant messenger then e.g. stack overflow or well some well structured USENIX , let be it.

Any ideas how to make constructive improvement to those systemic problems of this forum?

Let me again reassure , that I appreciate and agree with action of moderator if that’s the rule you had here so far, and understand that moderating is hard task.
I just wonder how we could move forward to enable well structured conversations on broader, bigger topics, that consist subtopics, giving people good examples from beginning?

Example attempt: Merging outputs of multiple OCRs, STT/ASR Transcripts [master thread] (not saying that ideal, I tried my best  )

I think We should have a feature where we can create folders or labels to organize the chats for frequently used topics. I am highly organized individual and Things get lost daily. Please add this feature (Mobile/Desktop) if not already. Each prompt should have it’s own label even It’s in the same thread.

Or some kind of wiki, so we could extract insights form chats into wiki and link back wiki topics to threads discussing them…
