Sora, is, BAD. not following request promts

Why is this model so bad ?! it literally does not do anything you ask and quality of output is just sad.
compared to what’s on the market, its just BAD.

I’m not a developer, but I spent decades as a unix system administrator. You could make this post much more useful if you put in in the format:

"Sora is not responding as I expected,

  • Not following prompt at all
  • Poor quality of output.

Ok, you sort of did that. Now be specific.

Examples:

  • Prompt you used.
  • Output you received
  • Criticism of the output you received.
  • Statements about the output you expected to receive.

Repeat this for 2-3 more examples.

If you out put is way too big to make a convenient message, create it as a google doc, give it anyone with a link can view, post summaries here and a link to the document.

Without examples it’s hard to know what is wrong.

Yeah, well lol. I’m not a developer either but sometimes you don’t need to “think” like a unix system administrator to convey a powerful message that everybody already agrees on, or at least understands.

Now let’s be specific :

  • Sora Video sucks at prompt adherence, and it is abysmally bad when it comes to image to video generation, and whatever comes out of it, either makes no sense at all, or looks like it came out of some WWI veteran’s fever dream.

Frankly, it’s an incredible feat of engineering and I’m amazed that it even somehow works at all, but there’s no point detailing how water is wet, and sometimes it’s nice to just vent out, which he achieved pretty well.

The devs knows very well what the problems are, Reddit is littered with complaints and everybody knows Sora is an absolute mess and we’re all waiting for updates, like he concluded.
