Started seeing errors about 10 minutes ago when trying to connect to the SIP endpoint for our project. No webhooks being generated, just instant rejection.
Same for us. Since 19:23:12 CEST 2026-05-29 all calls are failing with this error.
@OpenAI_Support please take a look at it urgently, it’s a critical error.
