this has been a continuous trend today with “Selected Model is at capacity”, unable to complete any task. I’m on Pro (20x) account, using GPT 5.5 High.
I just bought 20x codex today. 3 hours later. I cant use it. what a disappointing experience. Could this be because they reserve capacity for their new 5.6 coming in few hours?

I’m unable to use GPT-5.5 in Codex.
Whenever I select GPT-5.5 and start a task, I receive the following error:
Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.
Same message, again and again, all my working threads down (got the 20x subscription).

Same here! I had the same phenomenon while using the Codex 5.5 intermediate version in Korea. The pricing plan is Plus.
Same. This means that the selected model is currently overloaded and the service does not seem to have free capacity for this model.
