Same here using Codex App 26.609.71450 with GPT 5.5 xHigh and High. Codex CLI seem fine.

had to same issue on Codex 26.609.71450 (MacOS) with 5.5xhigh and 1.5 speed.
Looks like it’s back to normal now.
