Having the same issue… Making it impossible to work as you don’t know at what point Codex exits and it is going over and over the same thing finding what was done and what wasn’t. Totally unacceptable. Sure have outages, but if there is issues, stop and output a better message to let the user know what was done. Not something generic like at capacity.
