Seeking Solutions to Manage and Highlight Information in Multiple ChatGPT Sessions

I have been using ChatGPT for a variety of tasks and find myself increasingly reliant on its assistance for my daily work and personal learning. One of the most powerful features of ChatGPT is its ability to handle multiple sessions or topics in a single chat window. However, I am facing a challenge that I think other users might have experienced as well.

Challenge:
When working with ChatGPT, I often start new sessions or topics within the same chat window. This is incredibly useful for keeping different lines of thought or projects separate. However, as the conversation progresses, I find it difficult to navigate between these sessions or remember where certain points were discussed. Additionally, I would like to be able to highlight or mark important information that I want to remember or need to refer to later, but I currently can’t find an efficient way to do this between sessions.

Has anyone found an effective solution or tool that allows you to easily highlight and manage information between multiple ChatGPT sessions?
