Type: Workflow feature request; includes assistant mistakes.
Observed: My writing workflow repeatedly missed required checks, including relevant internal links, despite written rules. Browser use also occurred before preferred API/scraper routes. Instructions were updated, but that alone did not prove the complete workflow was enforced.
Expected: Critical checks should be repeatable and visible before a task is declared complete.
Requested fix: Reusable task tools with required inputs, blocking validations and a readable checklist of evidence. Failed checks should stop the relevant action and explain what remains.
Evidence limit: These incidents include assistant execution errors. I am not claiming the application deleted the rules or that a longer instruction file guarantees compliance.
