For the past week, anytime I ask a question, the responses get hit with a

Did we get it wrong? Please tell us by giving this response a thumbs down.”
message.
And they are the most normal questions and answers but for some reason as soon as the response is half way completed or fully completed, it disappears and I get the message that its response violated the terms of use.
I’ve reached out to support via Chat form and their only response is “try again later” but it’s been almost over a week.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
