Hi, I read on Researcher Access Program application | OpenAI that applications are evaluated every 3 months. I would like to ask if its known what day of the month exactly the review of the application will take place? Thanks!

It is illogical to think that everybody would be reviewed on one particular day. What day isn’t important when it is “when are researchers waiting six months going to see anything”. Or another month after acceptance to receive the API credits (that could just be a button-press). Expect a queue.
You only need to click further through for all the information there is.
Please note that applications are reviewed once every 3 months (in March, June, September, and December). Grants may take up to 4 weeks to credit to awardees
At least the page was updated this month. The status had been “on pause”, skipping quarters, long past when they said they might again return to the program.
