Red text instead of simple formulas

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing difficulties visualizing formulas on a Windows 10 web browser (tested on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).

For instance, the following formula displays incorrectly:

\log(\text{E}[\text{DLP_tot}]) = \beta_0 + \beta_1 \cdot \text{MACCHINA} + \beta_2 \cdot \text{BMI} + \beta_3 \cdot \text{FC} + \beta_4 \cdot \text{SPESSORE}

(sorry it’s in italian)

Here you have a visual example.

Is there a way to fix this ?

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I’m on a Plus plan and am quite surprised to encounter such bugs without any apparent resolution.

Can anyone suggest fixes, whether through better prompting techniques or by using a different web browser?

Kind regards,

Paolo

And a particularly frustrating issue is the absence of a HELP button, despite your support page indicating otherwise.

In an era where LLM agents are prevalent, it is disappointing to see that your support pages are not aligned with the actual status of your products/services.

This the intercom button used to send messages. You’ll find on help.openai.com in the bottom right:
