My code was working perfectly, now with 2 of my applications it’s not responding except for the first message?
Anyone encountering the same problem?

Yes. I’m encountering exactly the same problem as you mention. Only first message works.
It seems fair to say OpenAI has something messed up.

This has been broken for two hours 
We’re seeing the same issue, on two separate developer accounts. The first call works, and the second call and all subsequent calls respond, “The server had an error while processing your request. Sorry about that!”
This started at about 2024-10-15T22:00:00Z UTC and has continued for the past ~3 hours. We contacted support and so far have only gotten a very generic response.

Update: As of 2024-10-16T01:14:04Z, it seems to be working again!
