I don’t think the issue is related to the problems with the Sky voice, but I do think such problems disincentivise any attempts to fix the issue at the moment.
OpenAI is aware of the issue and the issue has been forwarded to the appropriate team.
A fix will be going out shortly.

I have found within the last few minutes speaker loud on the web browser side has started working again

I think they should ask Laura Bailey, who voiced BloodRayne in the videogame with the same name to do a voice - I think she would agree and I believe way too many people would love her voice on ChatGPT.
Works again. Weird that Sky model is missing, I didn’t think it sounded anything like Scarlet but oh well, I have been using Juniper anyways.
