As a Pro-level subscriber, I object to the forced integration of the Pulse feature on mobile. It is intrusive, offers no opt-out, and resembles an ad-driven platform. This is not the functionality or UI I expect at the highest subscription tier.
To be clear:
I do not want Pulse automatically appearing.
I want the ability to disable or remove it.
If this is not addressed immediately, I will move my business to a competitor such as Anthropic.
ChatGPT’s value has always been in its simplicity: ask a question, get an answer. Pulse undermines that clarity and feels like a step backward. Please confirm you are taking this feedback seriously and provide a concrete plan to fix it.
Thank you for the suggestion - but this does not appear to work. AND I have been told by OpenAI “Support” via an AI agent that “ Currently, the ability to opt out of or hide Pulse is not available. “ I find this completely UNACCEPTABLE - rewarding pro level customers - like me - with a feature I do NOT want nor asked for with NO way to OPT out or at the very least NOT have it in my face every-time.
