Summary
I’d like to propose a new OpenAI-powered AI smart glasses product (or integration with existing AR glasses like Meta Ray-Ban or Apple Vision Pro) that allows seamless, real-time interaction with ChatGPT across multiple contexts — especially for work productivity, real-time collaboration, and visual assistance.
⸻
Who I Am
I’m a freelance digital worker who relies heavily on ChatGPT for multitasking, research, and emotional support throughout the day. I use ChatGPT for:
• Image & document interpretation
• Website navigation support
• Brainstorming & translation
• Real-time feedback when working
• Emotional regulation and structured thinking
I often wish I could talk and see responses without switching windows or typing — ideally with voice, visuals, and instant answers all in one device.
⸻
Current Pain Points
• Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses don’t yet support multimodal AI (image + audio + real-time response).
• They also don’t support Korean voice interaction, making them unusable for me.
• I can’t view what I’m seeing and interact with ChatGPT simultaneously.
• Apple Vision is too heavy for daily use and mostly optimized for entertainment or dev work.
Closing Thought
As an emotional, visual, and intuitive user — I want to merge sight, speech, and smartness into a daily wearable. I strongly believe OpenAI can lead this movement, especially by combining GPT-4o’s powerful real-time multimodal capabilities with lightweight hardware.
If OpenAI doesn’t plan to build its own glasses, I hope it will at least offer integration APIs for devices like Meta Ray-Ban or Apple Vision Pro with Korean support, real-time on-glass replies, and full multimodal context.
Thank you
