In the open AI plataform I am trying to create a new vector storage but I have a error in the section “Used by”, the only thing it show me is this

I am using Brave but also tried in google chrome and I have the same error. I new in the plataform, and I have seen that this error is very common but they dont explain how to solve it.
I hope someone can help me.

Thus the question “where is my vector store being used” can only be answered by you and the API calls you make with “tools”->“file_search”.
That UI and its endpoint call should be shut off by OpenAI. Even the placeholder for me having no vector stores, “Vector stores allow Assistants to search information” refers to a shut-off endpoint feature.
