I use ChatGPT with the code interpreter for creative projects – especially for composing songs, bardic ballads, and fantasy music for roleplaying and LARP.
It would be a great help if the Python package music21 were available. It allows music to be exported as sheet music (PDF), MIDI, and MusicXML, which would open up amazing possibilities for users working with musical content.
Right now, more complex music projects are not feasible because music21 isn’t installed and can’t be added manually. It’s a stable and widely used music toolkit for Python.
I would truly appreciate it if you could consider enabling music21 – it would benefit not only me, but also other musicians, composers, and storytellers looking to explore musical creativity with ChatGPT.
