Hi devs, often I find myself scrolling for AGES within the same thread to go back to an answer earlier in the chat. Can we set up a pin or anchor function that, once selected for a particular response, I can click on at any point in the chat to auto scroll to that marked response. This would also be great when switching between chats because GPT always takes you to the latest response by default.
That makes a lot of sense. In long threads, finding one specific earlier response can turn into a lot of scrolling.
At the moment, you can pin whole conversations, but there isn’t a way to pin or anchor a specific message inside a chat. An in-thread “jump back to this” marker would definitely make deep, ongoing chats easier to navigate.
