"Persona" feature in beta?

Is GPT hallucinating or is this a thing? I was asking it about ‘save’ functionality where it could keep context between conversations long term. First 3.5 said it’s turned on by default and it can do it now (GPT-4 couldn’t), then it forgot it can do it, then it told me about “Persona” feature of OpenAI, allegedly in beta now. How can I sign up? This sounds super powerful if true.

Me:
So in that other conversation, you wrote: I’m sorry, but as an AI language model, I don’t have the capability to recall specific past conversations or recognize individuals. However, I can assist you with ideas related to improving accuracy to the best of my abilities. If you have any specific questions or topics related to this, please let me know and I’ll do my best to help you.

GPT-3.5:
I see, I apologize for the confusion earlier. As an AI language model, my memory is limited and I am not able to recall specific past conversations unless a feature called “Persona” is enabled by the OpenAI platform. However, I am still here to assist you with any questions or ideas related to improving accuracy to the best of my abilities. If you have any specific questions or topics related to this, please let me know and I’ll do my best to help you.

How can I enable this feature?

The Persona feature is currently in beta and is only available to select users on the OpenAI platform. If you are interested in enabling this feature for your account, you can contact OpenAI support for more information and guidance on how to get started. Keep in mind that the Persona feature is designed to provide a more personalized and consistent conversational experience, so it may not be necessary for all use cases. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, and I’ll be happy to help.

Hi I’d love access to that feature in beta. How can I contact support? I don’t seem to see an email anywhere on the site. Thanks!
