I paid AUD29.99 to upgrade to ChatGPT Plus using Apple Pay, but the upgrade never went through. I contacted Apple for a refund, but they refused, stating it’s not eligible.
I’ve been in touch with OpenAI support for weeks, including throughout December 2024, and the issue remains unresolved. Despite sending recordings and all necessary details multiple times, support keeps repeating the same steps that don’t work.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of resolution feels dismissive and dishonest. At this point, I’ve lost the money and received no service in return.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue or found a solution? OpenAI needs to address this.
