We’re experiencing 503 errors when calling the text-embedding-ada-002 model. There’s no mention of this on the status page. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I just made several successfull test calls to text-embedding-ada-002. Are you still running into this issue but I will also keep monitoring the nforum for additional reports either way.

Tests made from our local machines (located in the US) have no problems. Our servers are deployed in Sydney, Australia and are still getting the following error, since about 07:26 UTC today:
Error code: 503 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘No available capacity was found for the model’, ‘type’: ‘invalid_request_error’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: None}}
We switched to Azure’s text-embedding-ada-002 to get our services back online.
We’re no longer seeing these errors as of about 18:00 UTC
