I deleted my account because the AI wouldn’t assist me write a detailed martial arts scene. I already knew not to even attempt to write a sex scene. Developers need to understand that a lot of us are adults, not 6 years old.

Agreed, I have said this in another post about feeling like I’m in Kindergarten. I agree that children shouldn’t even be using Ai until their minds are developed enough. Remember what Peter Parker said? “With great power comes great responsibility.” lol.
With that being said, I tried out Grok, for the explicit purposes, and I will just say that it didn’t disappoint!!
I use ChatGPT daily for writing stories and sometimes I like to take a darker or more explicit turn or just have things that get flagged. Especially with the new 5 and 5.1 models being so much more restrictive and that ‘thinking’ function that occurs whenever anything remotely sensitive or weapons are brought up(ie: I was doing an MHA roleplay with my character who uses weapons instead of a quirk, kept giving me the thinking function and it was making it hard for me to continue the story because the thinking ai and the regular ai are different styles), and I don’t want to have to baby my words. I’m an adult, I agree with this post, Character AI used to be amazing, but the tighter the restrictions got and the more pay for features just ruins it. I agree with it being opt in with age verification, for 18+, dark/gore/morally gray stuff, and just more explicit or violent creative story writing. It could be like YouTube or C.AI where when something sensitive comes up a little on screen pop up comes up with a: ‘Hey if you need help you can call XYZ number, or ChatGPT isn’t a licensed therapist’. The new models remove creativity so much and I agree an NSFW model will allow for a less sterile and analytical experiment. I’d pay for pro once ChatGPT makes their model suitable for all types of people, including the creative types. Of course the NSFW should not be put behind a paywall. If they want me to pay, it has to be worth paying for by adding onto what is already free.
