UPDATE - with iOS 26.x, the prompts for ChatGPT shortcuts changed. Instead of Start Conversation, select Voice Mode. There are some issues with CarPlay and how Siri hands off the microphone (or doesn’t). Otherwise, this shortcut works hands-free.
