Id love to know, why is there a 4000 tokens limit on the prompt and completion?
Generally speaking, and also if I do want to pass beyond those 4000 tokens, do I have to do multiple completions?

That’s just how big the models “brain” is.
It cannot into thinking moar than that.
Much like your puny meat brain.
You will have to break up larger tasks into smaller tasks.
