Whole AI apps down… how can we depends and solve this kind of situations?

Im still having trouble generating images, since last 10 minutes so seems unresolved
This is really bad though, tons of applications are dependent on the API. And they just go down for a whole 1 hour? not fair.
I had my production app down lol. Not sure why the APIs and playground are on the same API server.
