Recently I found that it can take up to 1 minute for smaller size model like 4o and 4omini to respond, which is much slower than before, for comparison for the same prompt, o3-mini takes about 20 seconds, how come a non-reasoning model is even slower than o3?
It happens more often this month, any fix?
