OpenAI API extreme slow... specially in concurrent scenarios

I am using langraph + langsmith to build a multi agent architecture. Open ai api is extremely slow, specially on simultaneous connection. Sometime it tooks 300s.

As you can see in the image, some OpenAI calls took 159 a 128 seconds.

Its driving me crazy. Does the only solution is to change for a differente vendor?
