I am trying to use the assistant api, when I am running a thread with function call, it is taking more time to get the next action. I am using gpt-3.5-turbo-16k model. Normally this model is very fast, but when I am using this with assistant for function call, when I track the status it is showing in progress for long time and then only I am getting the next action
