I am trying to set up OAuth using Azure AD, but from the Docs it seems like ChatGPT Apps are using DCR (Dynamic Client Register) but Azure AD is not supporting DCR. Interested to know if anybody done this through some Proxy in MCP server side. Using TypeScript MCP SDK
