I’m experiencing significant performance issues with my O1 Pro lately. It no longer feels as intelligent as before, often providing simplistic responses and making basic errors more frequently. This decline is frustrating and is seriously affecting my productivity.
Additionally, the absence of the “Details” button limits my ability to verify the correctness of the responses, making it harder to trust the outputs.
Has anyone else encountered these problems? Any advice or solutions to restore the O1 Pro’s full functionality would be greatly appreciated. I rely on this device for my work, and the current performance is quite troubling.

Do you still have access to tools? Many of us have lost access to image gen, search, image analysis, and canvas. I am also a Pro-tier user and noticed that since losing the tools a few days ago, my O1 “Pro” is not the same “Pro” model. It does not even present the same. When Pro is invoked, it has a unique “thoughts” UI that looks different from the regular O1. Since losing the tools, I no longer get that UI, and the performance is massively decreased. What I’m assuming is that with all of these product launches and announcements, their servers are being hit hard and they’ve fallen back on less intensive models to keep up. But it’s been affecting some people for well over a week now. I’m hoping they’ll either fix it or it’ll improve as the hype dies down over this “12 days” event.
Yes, I’m experiencing the same issue as you. I can no longer see the O1 Pro mode interface or the detailed buttons. My interface looks identical to the regular O1 version. I’m not sure how long it will take to fix this problem, but I have been unable to use my O1 Pro properly for the past four days. It’s been very frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
So far, it seems as if using the service via the phone app is unaffected. If it’s important that it’s handled by O1-Pro, it should, from what I’ve experienced, be possible to use your phone to give O1-Pro prompts via your phone, and you can access the results via the web interface on your computer once it’s done generating.
Today, a couple of times, I also cast my phone screen (which has an option to share a clipboard between devices, use keyboard and mouse ) to my computer via Windows Phone Link and used that as a makeshift interface.
But, of course, this shouldn’t need to be done. I’m quite annoyed that this is the state of the service mere days after having dropped $200.00 on their “pro” tier.

I thought the same thing, and I’ve noticed it’s stopped thinking as long and has been providing really thoughtless and completely unrelated responses sometimes.
