O1, o1 Pro stuck at "Finishing Thinking"

I subscribed to the Pro plan and tested various prompts and questions to evaluate the quality. However, most of them get stuck at “Finishing Thinking” (more than 3+ hours already). Simple questions seem to work successfully the first time, but if I continue asking, it gets stuck the second time or afterward.

For example:
I asked, “For Thailand, is the government policy that provides 30,000 baht for free to citizens good or bad?”

It responded with a detailed analysis. However, when I asked it a second time to “Change this to a Medium article,” it got stuck.

On X (Twitter) people seem to got the same problem:

If it doesn’t fail, it will sometimes get this instead, even with very basic questions.

Huh, what a letdown. I mainly use GPT for personal purposes, and I was thinking about upgrading to see if it would be worth it. However, it seems that OpenAI isn’t entirely transparent in their advertising. I’ve had several experiences where the promotions led me to expect more than what I actually received. Now seems it same or worse
