O1 / o1 pro - editing very long text or word document 60 pages?

Hi guys,

i have really hard times, to edit a very long text, either a copied text into the chat window or as a document uploaded. the text is approx 60 pages long.
and what i want is actually simple. I just want that GPT adds a structured index with number as an overview and throughout the text.
i can do whatever i want, it doesnt work. My original text gets constantly changed, cut or edited. doesnt matter if i use o1 or o1 pro. I’m really frustrated and would appreciate your support. thanks in advance

And in addition i don’t unterstand why o1 or o1 pro doesn’t use the full token limit. Instead the length is way too short in my view. I’m miles away from 200k tokens
