For some reason, when I put a picture of my face, it gives me this error, but it works fine for everything else. What’s wrong with my message?
This is known and expected behaviour. The GPT-4V model has additional guardrails when processing photos where individuals are identifiable—under certain conditions, depending on the prompt the model may error out rather than return a response.
Weirdly, the resolution of the image may also play a role. We don’t have the original image with which to test, but cropping from your screenshot it was able to perform the request without issue.
