Suggestion to Allow Image Edits Without Deducting from Generation Quota (with Smart Controls)
As a power user developing advanced AI-powered wearable hardware, I respectfully propose a thoughtful improvement to the image generation system:

Image edits should not count toward the generation quota , provided:

  1. The user shares the image within the conversation (in-context sharing).
  2. Or uses a reply to the image (quote or reference).
  3. Or clicks a dedicated “Edit” button that appears on the image , with a visible counter showing up to 3 allowed edits.

:locked: Important Restriction :
If a user requests an edit beyond the allowed number of times without re-sharing the image in the conversation the system should not allow the edit**. This ensures smart control and resource protection.

This feature supports efficient iteration during design work without system abuse. It would be highly valuable for designers, UX/UI creators, and innovators working with GPT.
