Need more completion_window options for batching, like 12h or multiple days

Currently, batch api allows only 24 completion window https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/batch/create#batch-create-completion_window

It would be great if we had more options with lower/higher discounts. For example; 25% discount for 16h or less completion window (so that entirety of 1 workday could be processed by AI before the next workday starts). Or 75% discount for batch queries that are not urgent and could be received many days later.

  • use with store:true and background:true for higher assurance of success
  • check back later after making an API call and getting its response ID (poll)
  • (clean up server-side artifacts with DELETE)
